1. Application & Status

How do I know if my application was successful? You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately after submission. You can also log in to your dashboard to see your current status (e.g., Shortlisted, Interview Scheduled, etc.).
How long does the screening process take? Due to the high volume of applications, it typically takes 3–5 business days for our team to review your profile. You will be notified via email regardless of the outcome.
Can I apply for multiple roles? Yes, you can apply for any role that matches your skill set. However, please ensure your profile is updated for each specific application.

2. Documentation & KYC

Why was my KYC/Document rejected? Common reasons include blurred images, expired IDs, or a mismatch between the document and your profile name. Is it safe to upload my passport/national ID? Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption. Your documents are only accessible to authorized verification officers and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
I don’t have a specific document requested. What should I do? Please upload a signed letter of explanation in place of that document or contact our support team at [recruitment@hireiq.in] to discuss alternative documentation.

3. Interview Process

How are interviews conducted for international roles? Most initial and client interviews are conducted virtually via [Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet]. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.
What happens if I miss my interview slot? If you have a genuine emergency, email us at recruitment@hireiq.in immediately. Please note that rescheduling is subject to the interviewer’s availability.

4. International Hiring & Visas

Who handles my visa and work permit? If you are selected for an international role, our specialized immigration team (or the client’s HR) will guide you through the documentation. The responsibility for fee payment varies by contract and client; please refer to the job page.
Do I need to pay for my flight and relocation? Relocation benefits are role-specific. Detailed information regarding travel, housing, and relocation allowances will be outlined in your Offer Letter or refer to the job page.

5. Technical Support & Payments

The portal is not allowing me to upload my CV. What should I do? Ensure your file is in PDF or DOCX format and is under 3MB. If the issue persists, clear your browser’s cache or try a different browser.
I made a payment, but my status still says “Payment Pending.” Bank transfers can take up to 24–48 hours to reflect in our system. If the status does not update after 2 days, please email your payment receipt at contact@hireiq.in.
How do I withdraw my application? You can withdraw at any time by clicking “Withdraw Application” in your dashboard. Please note that this action is permanent for that specific job ID.
